The penalty shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), plus costs, for each subsequent offense, and in default thereof, imprisonment not exceeding seventy-two (72) hours. \n(b)  Whoever violates � 633.12 or makes false representations under � 633.12 shall be fined three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00), plus costs, if it is a first offense. The penalty shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) for each subsequent offense, and in default thereof, imprisonment not exceeding seventy-two (72) hours. \n(c)  Whoever violates any other provision of this Chapter shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus costs, if it is a first offense.
