They do not account for design, but they do account for a 5% construction contingency. I have attached the detailed sheet for our review. \\par\r\nThe Department of Health in Marion County\\rquote s Belleview office (a modular) was installed on site in 1998. The life expectancy of the building at the time of the installation was 10 years.  \\par\r\n\\par\r\nThe Department of Health currently provides WIC services, some immunization services, and dental services at the site. 25% of the health department\\rquote s WIC clients are seen at the site at a rate of about 60 appointments per day at the location.\\par\r\nThere have been increasing maintenance challenges at the Belleview location due to the age of the modular. There have been leaks in the roof, flooring instability, and AC and electrical issues. The ramp and railings also need to be replaced. Facilities Management has recommended replacement of the building. \\par\r\nResidents would benefit from a continued easy access point to WIC and health department clinical care at the Belleview Clinic.
