This assignment will assign the utility rights to Adena GC Holdings.\\par\r\n\\par\r\nMarion County has an existing Water and Wastewater Agreement with Ocala Meadows Farms LTD.  This request is to transfer all remaining rights and interests under the Agreement to Adena GC Holdings, LLC, which agreed to accept the assignment and to assume all obligations under the Agreement related to the property from and after the effective date.  \\par\r\n\\par\r\nAdena GC is in the process of selling the property to Iron Lake Property LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and subsequently requesting to transfer all rights, title and interest in the agreement.
