While the County has historically maintained these roadway segments, the settlement created new ROW interests that had not previously been formally documented or recorded. Adoption of this map ensures the County\\rquote s maintenance limits and ownership interests are clearly defined and accurately reflected in the public record (the newly documented areas will also be absorbed into the County-maintained system).
