Mayor Formon was informed on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 that AHTD had allocated 20% of the funding to be paid by the City (local funds), when it fact the 20% was to be paid with State funds.  Therefore, 80% of the funds would be paid using Federal dollars and 20% with State dollars.  This resolution reflecting that funding is needed to move forward.
