Accept a\t\r\nPerformance Bond in the amount of $58,100.00, a Warranty Bond in the amount of $5,995.00\t\r\nand authorize the Chairman to execute the Subdivider's Agreement for Construction and\t\r\nWarranty of Required Improvements.
