Also provide the administrative rights to release the performance securities for\t\r\nlot corners upon final acceptance by the Development Review Division of Development Services\t\r\nDepartment and also provide the administrative rights to release the warranty security upon\t\r\nexpiration of the warranty period, warranty inspection and correction of any failure, deterioration\t\r\nor damage to the Improvement Facilities. Accept Warranty Bonds in the amount of $255,583.00\t\r\n& $581,417.00 and authorize the Chairman to execute both the Subdivider's Agreement for\t\r\nWarranty of Required On-Site Improvements and the Subdivider's Agreement for Warranty of\t\r\nrequired Off-Site Improvements.
