CDC proposes to use State Housing Initiatives Partnership funds\t\r\nawarded to them by Hillsborough County for the development of 24 townhomes to be sold to income \t\r\neligible first time homebuyers at or below 80% of area median income (as further explained in the \t\r\nbackground). Reviewing departments, agencies, and utility providers have raised no objections to this\t\r\nrequest.
