The owner of the un-platted \t\r\nProperty located on the west side of the subject right-of-way is affiliated with the Petitioner who has\t\r\nsubmitted this request for the purpose of furthering joint development and utilization of the properties.\t\r\nPublic Works has reviewed the petition and confirmed there is no reimbursement required for the\t\r\nexisting right-of-way. There are no objections to this vacating request.
