Also provide the administrative rights to release the\t\r\nperformance securities for lot comers upon final acceptance by the Development Review\t\r\nDivision of Development Services Department and also provide the administrative rights to\t\r\nrelease the warranty security upon expiration of the warranty period, warranty inspection and\t\r\ncorrection of any failure, deterioration or damage to the Improvement Facilities. Accept\t\r\nWarranty Bonds in the amount of $236,902.00 & $82,238.00 and authorize the Chairman to\t\r\nexecute both the Subdivider's Agreements for Wan-anty of Required On-Site & Off-Site\t\r\nImprovements.
