The Petitioner, EastGroup Properties, L.P., has submitted this request\t\r\nrequest to support the redevelopment of the property for the Tanner East Planned Development Rezoning\t\r\nproject. County Departments, agencies, and utility providers have raised no objections and have no\t\r\ncurrent or foreseeable need for the subject portion of the right-of-way (as further explained in the\t\r\nbackground).
