The representative for the property is requesting a reduction for the amount owed for 3,902 days of non-compliance with a fine cap of $10,000.00. The representative states in the request for reduction his Mother owned the property and he was unaware of the fines.The new property owner is requesting the fines be reduced to $1,500.00.
