January 20, 2026 \r\n\r\nFoster, Courtney et al v. City, 1:19-cv-00270 (D.N.M.)\r\n\tStatus: Settled 09/05/2025. Currently in motions practice on Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorneys’ fees/costs.\r\n\r\nSilver, Gerald v. City, 1:24-cv-01240 (D.N.M.)\r\n\tStatus: \r\n•\tOrder and Judgment entered granting CABQ’s Motion to Dismiss. – March 30, \r\n2025.\r\n•\tPlaintiffs filed Notice of Appeal to Tenth Circuit. – April 29, 2026\r\n•\t10th Circuit added the case to their docket. – April 30, 2026.\r\n\r\nCity v.
