The term of the Contract was November 9, 2021 to December 31, 2025, with an amendment that extended the term to July 31, 2026.\r\n•\tThe City sought proposals from contractors for concert production services \r\nincluding sound reinforcement, concert lighting, staging (performance platform, trailers, risers, and roof), video reinforcement, qualified staffing, and backline musical equipment for City-sponsored special events and activities including Freedom 4th; Route 66 Summerfest; Heights Summerfest; Westside Summerfest; ABQ BioPak Music Concerts at the Zoo and Botanic Garden; and events at the Albuquerque Museum, Balloon Museum, Old Town Gazebo, Civic Plaza and other City venues. \r\n•\tThe City received one proposal in response to the RFP. The responsive proposal \r\nfrom db. Production Services LLC was scored based on the company’s general approach to meet the requirements of the RFP (100 points); plans to meet the tasks on the required schedule (200 points); experience and qualifications (200 points); adequacy of project management and resources (100 points); past performance (100 points); ability of company to complete the project within the proposed schedule (200 points); and the cost proposal (100 points). db. Production Services LLC scored 926.5 of 1000 points.   \r\n\r\nFiscal Impact: The cost of Concert Production and Backline Services is approximately $425,000 per year. Fund (110) supports $275,000 of these costs with the remaining $150,000 supported by Fund (235) (Albuquerque BioPak Special Revenue Fund). These costs are built into the existing operating budgets for these Funds.
