He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Mexico and spent three years teaching high school English, developing curriculum and supporting student success in writing and critical thinking; he also served as an assistant rugby coach. He currently works as an Associate Banker with JPMorgan Chase, guiding clients toward stronger financial health while applying strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills developed across his career.\r\n\r\nA resident of Council District 7, Mr. Keleher will replace Ms. Luciana S. Roça and serve as the Southeast Representative on the Committee; his first term will expire April 1, 2028.\r\n\r\nBoard Description: The Greater Albuquerque Active Transportation Committee (GAATC), established pursuant to ROA 1994, § 2-6-15, is an advisory body that provides recommendations to the City on policies, programs, and infrastructure related to active transportation, including walking, bicycling, use of mobility devices, and public transit. The Committee advises City departments and regional partners on planning and implementation of transportation projects, including bikeways, sidewalks, crossings, and Complete Streets and Vision Zero initiatives, and promotes safety, accessibility, and equitable transportation options for all users.
