The FY26 contract with Heading Home included some of the SHC’s Permanent Supportive Housing voucher participants for a total of 140 participants.  According to the City’s Department of Health Housing and Homelessness (HHH), following a review of participant eligibility, the number participants receiving housing vouchers under the Heading Home contract was decreased from 140 to 92, with most individuals who did not meet Permanent Supportive Housing eligibility criteria transitioning to other programs or alternative housing arrangements. For continued support for the remaining 92 participants for the remainder of this fiscal year (June 30, 2026), HHH determined that an increase to the contract was necessary. See TABLE 1 in Comments, below.\r\n\r\nFiscal Impact: No fiscal impact is expected beyond appropriations.\r\n\r\nKey Dates: NA \r\n\r\nComments: \r\n\r\nTABLE 1 -- CONTRACT HISTORY\r\nContract\t                                                                Amount\t                          Term\t                                  PSH Participants\r\nOriginal signed 7/2/25\t                        $1,736,397.80\t                          7/1/25 -12/31/25\t                140\r\nFirst Amendment signed 10/23/25     Increase $347,279.56 to $2,083,677.36  Extend to 2/28/26\tDecreased to 121\r\nSecond Amendment signed 12/30/25 Decrease $52,279.56 to $2,031,397.80 7/1/25-2/28/26\t121\r\nThird Amendment\t                            Increase $662,526.92 to $2,693,924.72  Extend to 6/30/26\tDecreased to 92","MatterEXText2":"Abigail Stiles/Jennifer Bradley","MatterEXText3":null,"MatterEXText4":null,"MatterEXText5":null,"MatterEXText6":null,"MatterEXText7":null,"MatterEXText8":null,"MatterEXText9":null,"MatterEXText10":null,"MatterEXText11":null,"MatterEXDate1":null,"MatterEXDate2":null,"MatterEXDate3":null,"MatterEXDate4":null,"MatterEXDate5":null,"MatterEXDate6":null,"MatterEXDate7":null,"MatterEXDate8":null,"MatterEXDate9":null,"MatterEXDate10":null,"MatterAgiloftId":0,"MatterReference":"27","MatterRestrictViewViaWeb":false,"MatterReports":[]}
